We have now used Eddie at TREO on a couple of projects where we required to provide a delay analysis. Eddie worked closely with our operational staff to review the as built information and key events which had occurred and very quickly identified those which had a significant impact. Thereafter a detailed report was provided which set out the cause, effect and extent of delays in an effective and clear way which enabled us to demonstrate our entitlement to prolongation and disruption.
